About Us
Liquid Voice Productions specializes in high quality audio production,
and post production, of original music and soundscapes for film,
television, commercials, radio, music libraries, and new media.
Liquid
Voice Productions was founded during the summer of 1999
by Benyamin Sheppard, a composer – musician - recording engineer – and
sound alchemist from Gloucester Massachusetts. The company
began initially by opening a small web site on MP3.com
for the purpose of licensing music compositions to the
production industry.
Liquid
Voice Productions has since grown to include several
collaborating musicians who's works are showcased on this
site. During the fall of 2005, Liquid Voice Productions
relocated to a spacious
production facility located in the heart of a famous Brazilian
/ South American
neighborhood in New Jersey 15 minutes from downtown NYC.
Our facility houses one large “hall” and
several smaller studio spaces for recording, performance, film shoots,
and rehearsal. The performance hall can handle almost any size production
up to the recording of a small orchestra complete with a Pre-WWII
7 foot Steinway Concert Grand Piano.
Bio of Benyamin Sheppard
Benyamin Sheppard is a musician, composer, organic sound alchemist,
scientist, and visionary dreamer. Ben comes from a diverse
musical background that combines many forms of classical
and folk traditions
from around the world, with Jazz, electro-acoustic music,
and the blues.
Ben is also an experienced piano tuner/technician
as well as a veteran recording engineer, sound FX editor,
sound designer, electronics technician, and software engineer.
