Software as a Service (SaaS) is an innovative pricing solution which gives organisations the option to rent and use the Liquid Voice system on a monthly basis. A range of SaaS options are available to meet the individual requirements of contact centres.
SaaS is particularly useful for the many contact centres whose needs fluctuate depending on the season or project. During peak periods or times of irregular demands, such as short term contracts, users can be added and removed as needed, with additional licenses paid for only when required and used.
SaaS eliminates the need to maintain and upgrade interaction recording hardware and software. Liquid Voice provides and maintains any necessary equipment and all upgrades are included.
This greatly reduces up-front and capital costs and ensures that agents are always using the most up-to-date software.
The minimum contract term is one month. Customers signing up for contracts of at least 18-months receive an allowance towards any installation or training services that are required as part of the implementation. This allowance is usually sufficient to cover the up-front costs.
