With the introduction of new measures, we are aware that some businesses are requiring their people to work outside of the usual office locations. If you are planning on moving existing recorded users off-site, we need to know so you aren’t charged for additional licences.
In addition, if you are a customer who currently has an on-premise based solution, we would like to take this opportunity to give you the option to move into the cloud. In Liquid Cloud, we support all of the same functionality as your on-premise system including transcription, quality-management, PCI compliance, screen-recording and analytics. And for the next 12 months we are providing Liquid Cloud at no extra cost.
