Who we are

Founded in 2004, Liquid Voice has grown into a trusted specialist in interaction capture, retention and analysis.

Our platform is used globally by organisations that need communications to be dependable, governable and usable — not just stored. Over two decades, we have built deep expertise across industries where conversations must stand up to scrutiny and support better decision making.

We work with customers in financial services, public safety, critical infrastructure, government, healthcare, telecoms, and large contact centre operations – supporting everything from daily operational oversight to post‑incident investigation and long‑term compliance programmes.

Usable evidence and insight

Recorded interactions are not just something to retain. Liquid Voice helps organisations review, verify and learn from communications, turning conversations into usable evidence and practical insight.

Measured improvement

Where performance or efficiency gains matter, we focus on improvements that are practical, clearly defined and supported by evidence — not headline claims or inflated promises.

The Liquid Voice leadership team

Liquid Voice is led by a team with deep experience across product engineering, contact centre, operations, compliance, customer delivery and platform strategy.

Together, we shape a business focused on trust, resilience and measurable customer value — combining technical depth with an understanding of how communications are used and reviewed in the real world.
