For many years, Liquid Voice has helped organisations capture, manage and learn from their most important conversations.

Today, we’re introducing a new chapter – comprised of a new brand, a clearer proposition, and a more focused way of delivering the technology we’ve been refining and optimising for over two decades.

Built on experience. Ready for what’s next.

Over the past decade, we’ve evolved from a specialist recording provider into a trusted platform used in some of the most demanding environments – from contact centres to highly regulated compliance functions, to critical operations where accuracy and accountability matter most. We now have significant coverage within public safety organisations and critical environments across the globe.

Throughout our journey, we’ve grown, adapted and innovated – expanding our capabilities, developing deep integrations, and partnering with market leaders.

But while our technology and our role in the market have evolved significantly, our brand had not kept pace.

And now, the market around us has changed too.

Why change – and why now?

Today, approximately two thirds of Liquid Voice’s market sits within compliance-driven and critical operational environments – where reliability, governance and risk management are non-negotiable.

The expectations of our customers have shifted. And organisations procuring technology are now, rightly, more risk-aware than ever.

At the same time, our own ambition has grown. We continue to support mission-critical functions and we want to keep striving toward our mission of helping organisations record and use interactions to operate more safely, ethically, and efficiently.

And we are working alongside some of the leading technology companies in the world.

In this context, our previous brand – while distinctive – no longer fully reflected the trusted, credible and low-risk partner our clients need us to be.

This rebrand is not about changing who we are.

It’s about expressing it more clearly – and more confidently – in the market we now operate in. A fresh articulation of the Liquid Voice platform and capabilities that underpin it.

A solution-driven focus

Equally important is how we present our platform and the technology behind it.

Historically, Liquid Voice has been seen as a highly flexible platform – often tailored to each deployment. While that flexibility remains a strength, it also created unnecessary complexity for buyers.

Today, we are evolving beyond that. Our offering is now structured around three core solutions, each aligned to real organisational needs:

Liquid Voice for Contact Centres

Reliable monitoring, real‑time guidance, automation and self-serve insight to help contact centres improve quality, reduce handle time, and maintain compliance at scale.

Liquid Voice for Compliance

A trusted single system of record keeping for regulated voice and communications compliance.

Liquid Voice for Critical Operations

Record, identify, reconstruct, and understand every critical communication during and after incidents.

These solutions are not theoretical. They have been shaped, tested and refined over years of real-world use. They reflect how organisations actually operate – not how software is traditionally sold.

We know that this is not a typical approach for solution providers but our aim is to align our offering with how our customers procure technology.

One platform. Built for control, evidence and insight.

Underpinning these three core solutions is a set of integrated capabilities that define the Liquid Voice platform.

At its core, we exist to help organisations:

  • Capture communications reliably
  • Retain them in a governed, defensible way
  • Retrieve them quickly when it matters
  • Turn them into evidence, accountability and operational insight

This is more than recording – which was historically our category. This is about creating confidence through control and clarity – across modern and legacy environments, and across every interaction that matters.

A brand shaped by our customers’ reality

To support this evolution, we’ve created a new brand identity grounded in a simple but powerful idea:

Take control of conversations.

This principle reflects what our customers need most:

  • Confidence in their data
  • Control over their communications
  • Clarity in moments that matter

And it’s brought to life through a new tone and visual direction that prioritises clarity over complexity.

This is a brand designed for our customers of today and tomorrow, and for the responsibility our technology carries.

This is not just a visual change but rather a representation for a broader transformation in how we go to market – from our messaging and positioning, to our website structure, to how we engage our customers and partners.

Our aim with this evolution is to create a stronger alignment between who we are, what we do, and how we are perceived.

A quick word from CEO, Chris Burden

“Liquid Voice has always been driven by a simple belief; that important conversations deserve to be captured properly, managed responsibly, and used intelligently. That belief hasn’t changed. But the way we deliver it – and the way we show up in the market – has. This rebrand marks the next step in our journey. And it puts us in a stronger position than ever to support the critical organisations who want to take control of their conversations.”
