We continue to grow in strength across our global customer base.
- APAC: We have expanded our foothold in Australia, New Zealand, and across the wider APAC region.
- Middle East: Our partnerships in this region are expanding and opening exciting opportunities, particularly in helping organisations transition away from legacy Red Box solutions.
- Europe: We have broadened our customer base across Europe and continued to build a trusted partner ecosystem, especially in the UK.
- Account growth: Our trusted customers continue to invest in new Liquid Voice modules and services, including direct expansion into the USA and Middle East markets.
Product Innovations and Service Enhancements
AILSA: Transforming the Future of Interaction Analytics
A major milestone this year was the launch of AILSA into production, our AI-powered analytics assistant. AILSA represents a step-change in how organisations can extract value from their interaction data, delivering tailored automated insights, accelerating Quality Management, and dramatically improving operational efficiency. And, we’ve recently added “Live Agent Assist” and “Real-Time Alerts”.

Achieved the Microsoft 365 Certification
We also invested heavily in our Microsoft ecosystem capabilities, achieving full Microsoft 365 and Teams accreditation for our platform, reinforcing our commitment to seamless integration and trusted enterprise-grade solutions. This culminated in the relaunch of our Teams Compliance Recording solution for organisations required to compliantly record and archive MS Teams interactions.
Launch of LV Pay DTMF solution
We’re excited to bring to market our new, secure DTMF payment solution which already has committed orders of significant value. This is part of our commitment to support our customers in achieving PCI DSS compliance.
More platforms integrations
We have added to our strong portfolio of direct integrations spanning support for Cisco Webex, Five9, Dubber, Tait, Motorola and Cloud9, to name but a few. It is part of our roadmap to ensure our customers can capture, store and analyse every system they use, compliantly, so we will continue to expand our integrations even further in 2026.
Strengthening Our Leadership and Team
This year we welcomed Will Hopkins as our Chief Growth Officer. Will brings deep industry experience from over 30 years in regulated markets across Americas, EMEA & APAC, and will play a pivotal role in shaping our next phase of expansion.
We also grew our development and services teams to ensure we continue to deliver the highest levels of innovation and customer support, and an AI specialist to ethically push the boundaries of our AILSA solution.
Looking Ahead to 2026
As we enter 2026, we remain committed to pushing the boundaries of voice technology, AI-driven analytics, and interaction management. With new global partners, continued investment in our products, and a growing global reputation, we are well positioned for another year of exceptional progress.
We are grateful for the trust our customers place in us and look forward to delivering even greater value through world-class service, performance, and compliance.
Finally, a big thank you to all who work for Liquid Voice, for your hard work, dedication, and for helping drive Liquid Voice forward.
